WMF-IKORA Silverplate MCM Bowl Modernist Silver Metal Bowl – 1970s – Minimalist Display Dish Basket - German Minimalist Modernist Design
A mid-century modernist, streamlined silver plate metal bowl in a geometric, triangular design on three ball feet. Optic pattern design on the interior sides of the bowl with the center of bowl is in a smooth, silverplate finish. WMF is a German manufacturer of household metalware. Formerly known as, Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik.
Exact date of production unknown. Circa 1970.
Vintage condition with signs of wear, age, and use present on front and back of piece. Please read Condition Report full for full details.
Markings:
- Marked on base, "WMF-IKORA 671 6510"
- Sticker states, "TARNISH RESISTANT To clean: Merely wipe with a soft damp cloth - do no use any abrasives or detergents."
Condition:
- Original vintage condition with wear appropriate for age
- Metal has been cleaned
- Signs of age, wear, and use present to front and back of piece
- Wear includes: scratches to finish, loss of silver plate finish, wear to finish overall, discoloration/ wear to back of piece, stickiness residue remains from a previous sticker on back of piece (Please view Photos #3 thru #9 for detail shots of wear present on piece.)

- Opening Diameter: right over 10 1/4" inches triangular shape
- Base Diameter: approx. 5" inches triangular shape
